We have always based our business upon the relationship's we build with our clients. We like to listen and tailor our services and products to suit you individually. We recognise that each of our clients is different and there concerns or aspirations will vary accordingly. Our aim is to offer an informative no pressure sevice from 1st contact through to the personal one to one tour and on into the future. This has resulted in lots of positive feedback from clients which we are happy to share and keep updated on this page.

We were also the victim of an undercover sting from "The Place In The Sun" magaizine a few years ago. The plan was to randomly pick a company offering inspection trips and then write an article on the horrors of going on this style of viewing trip. The outcome however was an article that in detail explained exactly how we at Dream Coast Homes do offer an informative no pressure service. A positive article that we are very proud to email out upon request.

In 2009, John and I had a big decision to make, do we buy in UK a second property or buy abroad. We saw a advert for PLACE IN THE SUN EXHIBITION and thought we would go there in the April. We met many overseas property companies while we were there and Steve, Penny and Kevin were at Dream Coast Homes stand. We had a lovely talk with them but decided to go with a different company to Spain. Every agent we told them our budget and our requirements, and this particular company promised to fill all of our dreams. We went to Spain two weeks later, and was shown everything that we did NOT want !!!.. On the second night I phoned Kevin in Uk with a HELP call.

The next morning Steve picked us up with Leonie. It was the best thing we could have ever done, they took us to many different villa’s so we could see what we could get for our money, but not just that they showed us the lovely hidden beaches and places in the mountains that we would never have known about if they had not taken us. We later when to the Arenal for a drink on the beach front and met up again with Penny (Steve’s wife) and their two lovely sons. We both felt so welcome and just fell in love with Javea. We only intended to look for a place in the sun, but with NO PRESSURE from Dream Coast Homes, we actually found our dream holiday home that week. We put a deposit down that weekend, but the service from them after was fantastic, they took us back to the airport, picked us up when we came back two weeks later and took us to the lawyers, NIE etc and even took me shopping.

Our place went through on the 15th June, with no hassle what’s so ever with all their help, and even then they picked us up from the airport to take us to our new second home. We never ever regret what we did on a quick impulse, and have had the great pleasure of having family and now our new granddaughter over for holidays when we are there.

Steve, Penny and Kevin have still remained great friends, and they always ask us out for a drink when we are there.

We could not recommend Dream Coast Homes enough, even if you don't buy with them, you will certainly remember there hospitably, as nothing was too much for them
