Once you have found your dream home at any of the Polaris World resorts, the next stages towards payment are simple; below is the standard payment breakdown for Polaris World.
|

|
Stage 1
€3000 reservation. This reserves the property in your name for a period of 30 days. |
|
|
|
Stage 2
25% of the total value of the property + 7% IVA (VAT) is payable 20 days after the reservation (less the reservation fee). |
|
|
|
Stage 3
An installment of 15% of the total value is payable once building has started (usually 9 months after the reservation). Where construction of the property has already begun, the installment is made within 90 days of the sale. |

|
Stage 4
You pay a final installment of 60% of the sale price upon completion. |
|
|
|
| All payments are bank guaranteed. |
