Dream Coast Homes is an established Real Estate Agency with over 20 years combined experience within the industry. We have always had an impressive presence at all of the Uk property exhibitions such as Place In The Sun, Property Investor Show and OPP Live.
Over the last twelve months we have experienced a significant increase in business as a result of spending valuable time sourcing key products. Our mission is to bring three types of products to our clients.

PENSION/SIPP INVESTMENTS.
Many of our clients had pension's that they had paid into for many years but which seemed a disappointment to them causing a huge amount of uncertainty as to what results they would deliver when they came to fruition. For these clients we have introduced our SIPP products.
A Self Invested Personal Pension, known as a SIPP, is a personal pension for which the person investing for retirement decides into what their pension fund is invested. Traditionally pensions are managed by a pension fund manager who may invest in volatile stocks and shares or boring old cash and the investor has no control or influence on this decision.
At Dream Coast Homes, our clients can now invest in overseas property using their SIPP. As always we have been offered many options across the World, and after careful research, we have come up with what we feel is the best option and we are now extremely happy and proud to be partnering the Resort Group.
